VANGUARD PROUDLY COLLABORATES WITH SAUDI ESPORTS FEDERATION TO DELIVER LEVEL UP THROUGH LIVE PRIME ELEAGUE OPERATIONS

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Vanguard is proud to collaborate with the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF), through the Saudi Esports Academy, to deliver Level Up, a hands-on development program designed to give Academy graduates direct exposure to the professional esports industry.

The collaboration brings together the Academy’s commitment to developing Saudi esports talent with Vanguard’s operational expertise and live esports environment, creating a direct bridge between training and professional practice.

Delivered within the live operations of the PRIME eLeague, Level Up gives participants the opportunity to move beyond training and apply their knowledge within a professional esports environment, taking on real responsibilities alongside industry specialists.

FROM TRAINING TO LIVE OPERATIONS

The program features two specialized tracks — Operations Management and Refereeing — providing participants with practical exposure to the different functions behind professional esports competition.

Across the program, participants gain first-hand experience in areas including tournament operations, match administration, rules and regulations, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and professional communication.

Through shadowing, practical assignments, and direct involvement in live league operations, participants develop a deeper understanding of the standards, processes, and collaboration required to deliver professional esports competitions.

Vanguard’s role in Level Up extends beyond providing industry exposure. By opening the live operational environment of the PRIME eLeague to emerging talent and connecting participants with industry professionals, Vanguard is helping create an environment where knowledge can be put into practice and professional readiness can be built through experience.

At the conclusion of the program, participants receive an individual performance evaluation, tailored developmental feedback, and a joint certificate of completion from the Saudi Esports Academy and Vanguard.
